U16’s Impress with a Dominant Performance
Silsden Storm Under-16s delivered a dominant performance this weekend, securing an impressive 54–0 victory. From the opening whistle, the team showed intent, intensity, and excellent organisation, setting the tone early and maintaining control throughout the game.
The forwards laid a strong platform, working tirelessly to win collisions, secure quick ball, and drive the team forward. This created space out wide, where the backs capitalised with sharp handling, pace, and clinical finishing to run in a series of well-worked tries.
A standout feature of the performance was the accuracy from the tee, with some impressive conversions adding valuable points and reflecting the team’s composure and technical quality.
Defensively, Storm were rock solid, maintaining structure and discipline to keep the opposition scoreless and complete a well-earned clean sheet.
