Our U7s are at that lovely early stage where rugby is all about fun, confidence and starting to learn the basics in a relaxed, supportive environment. The sessions are full of energy, simple skills and plenty of games that help the players get used to running with the ball, passing to teammates and working together.

At this age, the focus is on enjoyment above everything else. The players develop coordination, teamwork and resilience without even realising they’re doing it, because they’re too busy having a great time with their friends.

Whether your child has tried rugby before or is completely new to it, they’ll be welcomed straight in. Every player gets involved, every effort is celebrated, and the atmosphere is friendly and pressure-free.
