Our U9s are at that brilliant age where everything starts to move up a notch. The players are growing in confidence, the skills are sharpening, and the team spirit is stronger than ever. It’s fast, fun, and full of those moments where you can see real progress happening right in front of you.

Training blends simple structure with plenty of games, helping the players build their passing, footwork, tackling technique and understanding of how to work together on the pitch. It’s still very much about enjoyment, but you’ll notice the rugby brain starting to switch on too.

New players are always welcome, whether they’re seasoned Stormers or trying rugby for the first time. The coaches make sure everyone gets involved, everyone learns something, and everyone finishes with a smile.
