STORM STAND STRONG AGAINST WARRIORS
Silsden Storm Under 10s adapted brilliantly this week after a change of fixture day, moving to Sunday to accommodate Wibsey Warriors’ availability and the boys in blue and green made the most of it.
Storm arrived fired up after a strong week of training, carrying the confidence and form they’ve shown throughout the season.
From the very first whistle, their intent was obvious. The defensive line was aggressive, organised, and relentless, shutting down threats early and often. That platform allowed Storm to play with freedom in attack, moving the ball with real purpose and scoring some excellent tries across the pitch.
Everything the players have been working on in training is starting to click, support play, communication, and decision‑making and it’s showing in the quality of their performances.
Credit to Wibsey Warriors, who were playing their first ever game as a team. They grew into the match, showed great spirit, and will only get stronger with more game time. We look forward to welcoming them to Silsden in the future.
