It’s been a big week for the Stormettes as several of our players stepped up and represented the club at the Bradford Bulls Talent Pathway October block.
Earlier in the week, Harriett from the Under-14 Stormettes attended the first session, showing real skill, confidence, and brilliant sportsmanship. She carried herself with pride and did the blue and green of Silsden proud.
Today, more Stormettes followed in her footsteps. A massive well done to Martha, Bo, and Jess, who threw themselves into the full-day programme. They listened, learned, and made their presence known. Jess headed off at lunchtime, but Martha and Bo powered through into the afternoon game, with Bo showing some serious toughness… and even a bit of claret to prove it.
Across the week, Harriett, Martha, Bo, and Jess have all flown the Stormettes flag with heart. Their effort, attitude, and courage are exactly what this club is about.
And the momentum keeps going. The next girls’ session takes place this Thursday, with another group of Stormettes ready to take their turn on the pathway.
Stormettes rising. Stormettes proud.
