Our U10s are a fantastic group who are really starting to find their stride in the game. At this age, the players begin to understand the flow of rugby more clearly, and you can see their teamwork, communication and determination coming through every week.

Training has a great balance of structure, skill-building and fun. Players work on things like passing under pressure, tackling technique, game awareness and supporting each other in both attack and defence. It’s still a friendly, encouraging environment, but with that extra bit of focus that helps them grow as young athletes.

New players are always welcome, no matter their experience or confidence level. The team spirit in this age group is brilliant, and every child is given the chance to find their strengths and enjoy their rugby.
