Our Minis programme is all about giving young children their first taste of rugby in a way that feels fun, safe and full of energy. Open to boys and girls from around age three, the sessions are designed to help little ones burn off some steam, make new friends, and start building the confidence and character that sport gives you.

Since launching in 2019, the Minis have been a huge success and have grown into one of the most joyful parts of the club.

Every week you’ll find plenty of smiles, lots of running about, and a brilliant mix of games that gently introduce the basics of rugby without any pressure.
